Madison is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day service operations at CIG. She manages a team of licensed professionals in the areas of renewals, endorsements, retention and claims and has nearly 3yrs of insurance experience and number of additional years in customer service. Madison also handles many of the agencies largest clients to make sure they have what they need in order for their businesses to run smoothly on a day-to-day basis. She has earned years of experience working with property developers, HVAC companies and property investors as she has become their go to insurance expert since joining CIG. Madison is licensed in multiple states and focuses mainly on commercial accounts both large and small.
